📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to drive sales and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, and provide regular reports to management.,Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and clients.,Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve sales and marketing performance.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, and experience with sales and marketing software and tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
