📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily accounting activities, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Support the Finance and Accounting teams in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Play a key role in supporting the company's strategic planning and financial decision-making processes.
• Provide financial guidance and advice to the management team.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
