📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and special menus.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
