📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Supervise and mentor store staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.
  • Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail management role.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
