📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver emotional intelligence workshops and training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
• Conduct emotional intelligence assessments and provide personalized feedback to participants.
• Develop and implement emotional intelligence curriculum aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to create immersive learning experiences in the natural settings of Bangka Belitung.
• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in emotional intelligence to continuously enhance workshop content.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to participants, helping them apply emotional intelligence skills in their personal and professional lives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Certification in Emotional Intelligence (e.g., EI Coach, EI Facilitator, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emotional intelligence coaching or training.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful emotional intelligence programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and execute workshops effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
