📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire top talent.,Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
