📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company-wide goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
