📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all necessary services and materials are available for events.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is memorable.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, including tables, chairs, and decor.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, ensuring all areas are presentable and functional.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages for events, working closely with the kitchen staff.,Handle basic administrative tasks such as event registrations, confirmations, and follow-ups.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English proficiency a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
