In this role, you'll be responsible for creating detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for MEPFS systems, ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards. You'll also coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Safety systems for various infrastructure projects.
Create detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for MEPFS systems using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to ensure the proper installation and maintenance of MEPFS systems.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Prepare cost estimates and budgets for MEPFS systems, ensuring they align with project objectives.
Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on MEPFS systems and best practices.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEPFS systems into overall project plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEPFS engineering, with a strong background in at least one of the disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or Fire Safety).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard design software.
Certification in relevant MEPFS systems (e.g., NFPA, IFC, or LEED) is a plus.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
Ability to travel to project sites and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
