Identify and analyze customer needs and business challenges to propose innovative IT solutions.Design and present compelling proposals that align with our clients' goals and requirements.Collaborate with our technical and sales teams to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry to provide our clients with cutting-edge solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.Participate in sales meetings and events to showcase our enterprise IT solutions and drive business growth.Provide technical support and guidance to our sales team to enhance their understanding of our products and services.Monitor and evaluate the performance of our enterprise IT solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a presales or solution architecture role within the IT industry.Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
