📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and trade shows.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product expansion.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and brand.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or food industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
