📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and enforce company policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in HR compliance.,Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.,Maintain and update HR documentation to reflect current legal requirements.,Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars on HR compliance and best practices.,Ensure that all HR processes are in line with the company's values and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR compliance and training.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems.,Certification in HR compliance or related fields is a plus.
