📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of motorcycle dealerships in Bali, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts for dealerships, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with dealers and other stakeholders to drive financial performance and support business growth.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial processes and procedures, making recommendations for improvements.
• Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Provide financial guidance and support to dealers, helping them to make informed business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with dealers and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
