📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect pair of sunglasses from our extensive collection.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
• Use our advanced sales tools and software to process transactions efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the eyewear industry to recommend the best products to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized display of sunglasses to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Promote our loyalty program and other special offers to encourage repeat business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the eyewear or fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Fashion-forward and up-to-date with the latest trends in eyewear and accessories.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
