As a Deputy HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Director in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Support the HR Director in managing employee relations, including addressing conflicts and grievances.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support the HR Director in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
