📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Promote and uphold the company's values and standards.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory management and ensure proper stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
