📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Operator in managing store operations and ensuring smooth daily operations.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking to maintain optimal stock levels.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Support the implementation of store policies and procedures.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Participate in store promotions and special events to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or store operations is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and local culture is beneficial.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
