📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure project goals are met.,Maintain accurate records of all activities and transactions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Handle employee training and development programs.,Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Experience in a similar role within the industry is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
