• Analyze cost data to provide strategic recommendations for cost optimization and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractor payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Prepare regular cost reports and financial statements for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost management to continuously improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost management, with a strong track record of delivering projects within budget.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software such as Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, and other relevant tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data.
