As the Finance, Accounting & Tax General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing financial performance. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
• Manage the tax planning and compliance functions, ensuring minimal tax liabilities and adherence to legal requirements.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance, accounting, and tax team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial close, including month-end and year-end processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance, accounting, and tax.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing finance, accounting, and tax functions in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting and tax regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
