CV Property Maritim is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their routes and schedules.,Oversee fuel and vehicle expenses, and ensure they are within budget.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance, and report any issues to the appropriate parties.,Ensure all vehicles are clean and presentable for client use.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding the fleet.,Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Transportation, Logistics, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
