Hotel Fajar Tea is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Canggu. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our vehicle fleet, ensuring they are in optimal condition for our guests and operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the hotel's vehicle fleet, including cars, vans, and motorcycles.
  • Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
  • Schedule regular maintenance and servicing for all vehicles.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure they are within budget.
  • Coordinate with mechanics and service providers for timely repairs and maintenance.
  • Track vehicle usage and ensure they are available when needed.
  • Handle vehicle bookings and arrangements for guests and staff.
  • Ensure all drivers are properly trained and licensed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
