📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs that align with company objectives and employee development needs
• Identify skill gaps and learning needs through performance evaluations and feedback
• Develop and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training
• Partner with managers to create customized learning plans for individual employees
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development
• Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure training programs are integrated with overall HR strategies
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent development or a related role
• Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Cornerstone, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Certification in HR or talent development (preferred but not required)
