In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist in setting up and maintaining store displays to attract customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.,Assist with promotional activities and events to drive sales.,Support the store manager in achieving daily sales targets.,Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems.,Willingness to work hybrid (office and store).,Good physical condition to handle store activities.
