PT Karya Prima is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.,Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.,Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and extend equipment life.,Ensure all maintenance work is documented accurately.,Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.,Participate in safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the training of new maintenance staff.,Work on-site at various locations as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair work.,Knowledge of basic electrical systems and troubleshooting.,Familiarity with maintenance software and tools.,Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.,Valid driver's license (preferred).
