GLEAM Ekspansindo is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Officer to join our team in Gowa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
