📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring all equipment and processes are functioning correctly.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Develop and implement standardized test procedures and quality control measures to ensure product reliability.,Conduct research and development activities to support the company's innovation initiatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records and documentation.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize laboratory processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on automotive or related industries.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and test methods.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of technicians.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
