📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to improve team performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
