📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily security operations and ensure compliance with security protocols.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to prevent and detect potential security threats.,Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security incidents promptly.,Manage and train junior security guards to ensure effective security coverage.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed.,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.,Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.,Provide 24/7 security coverage and emergency response services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Proven track record in security operations and incident management.,Knowledge of security laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Proficiency in using security equipment and software.,Strong physical fitness and the ability to handle emergency situations.
