📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor teaching staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education.,Develop and implement effective teaching strategies and lesson plans.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and students.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the school.,Participate in school events and activities to support the overall development of the students.,Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices.,Provide professional development opportunities for teaching staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a relevant field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and lead others.,Knowledge of educational technology and innovative teaching methods.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent.,Experience in managing and mentoring teaching staff.
