DRIFT Pratama is seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about cooking and has a keen eye for detail. This is an immediate position, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet our customers' needs. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Valid food handling certificate.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
