Go Den Mandiri is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Outlet Staff to join our team in Tanjung Balai, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth operation of our outlet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records.,Assisting in the organization and presentation of merchandise.,Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Promoting products and services to increase sales.,Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Assisting in the preparation of reports and data entry.,Participating in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
