Glow Local Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and food quality to our customers. This is a full-time position located in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan, with a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 12.000.000 to Rp 15.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar food service establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with local culture and cuisine is a plus.
