📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and demonstrations to customers to enhance their understanding and satisfaction with our products.,Assist in the sales process by explaining product features, benefits, and technical specifications to potential customers.,Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues to ensure a positive customer experience.,Maintain and update product knowledge to stay current with the latest technological advancements.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products.,Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help improve our products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical sales or customer support role.,Strong knowledge of technical products and services, with a focus on laptops, computers, or related technology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations in Bali.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical proficiency in laptopscomputersand related technology.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
