📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the BPO center, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operational goals are aligned with business objectives.,Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of service.,Manage and resolve operational issues and challenges as they arise.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in BPO operations management, with the last 5 years in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading operational teams.,Strong knowledge of BPO processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
