📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion.,Develop and implement event strategies that align with company objectives.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality events.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.,Promote and market events to attract attendees and sponsors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
