Optum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the beautiful island. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (formerly SCCM) environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing and maintaining their MECM/SCCM solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their IT infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and maintaining MECM/SCCM solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for optimizing MECM/SCCM environments.
  • Develop and implement best practices for MECM/SCCM deployment and management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex MECM/SCCM issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in MECM/SCCM technology.
  • Provide training and documentation to clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in MECM/SCCM.
  • Certifications in MECM/SCCM (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Configuration Manager) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Experience in scripting and automation (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
