📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock management, and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
  • Oversee the training and development of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and suggest improvements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics coordination.
  • Proven track record in managing warehouse operations and improving efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to logistics and warehousing.
