PT Pratama Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team in Garut. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking someone who can start immediately.

As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Recommend products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and displays.
  • Provide feedback on customer satisfaction and product performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
