As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and that all merchandise is presented in an attractive and organized manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
