📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness,Write user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Contribute to the improvement of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and communication skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, or similar,Fluency in English is a plus
