PT Akasia Dwi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that our training initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and support the professional growth of our workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees and align with the company's strategic objectives.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees, ensuring that the content is engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training initiatives are well-coordinated and executed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and trends, and incorporate them into our training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by identifying and developing potential talent within the organization.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work purposes.
