📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the AMER team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
• Conduct root cause analysis for delivery issues and propose corrective actions.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new delivery process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or delivery operations industry.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in logistics and delivery operations.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
