📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair a variety of smartphone issues, including hardware and software problems
• Perform data recovery and device unlocking services
• Use specialized tools and software, such as iFixit, iMazing, and Tenorshare, to troubleshoot and repair devices
• Maintain and update inventory records using in-house management systems
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repairs and solutions in clear, concise terms
• Stay up-to-date with the latest smartphone models and repair techniques through continuous learning and training
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile phone repair, with a focus on smartphones
