5. Oversee training and development programs
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
