🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, corporate governance, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
